Get ready for an unforgettable event with the one and only Dave Callan as our MC.  A seasoned stand-up comedian, podcast host, and Theatresports veteran, Dave's sharp wit and dynamic stage presence will keep the energy high and the laughs rolling all night long.

We're excited to have The Baker Boys performing at this year's Gala Ball! This international and award-winning band brings a mix of smooth jazz, contemporary hits, and vibrant energy to keep the dance floor packed all night. Get ready for a stunning evening of world-class music and non-stop fun!

 Join us for an unforgettable Gala Ball at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, where elegance meets history. Set in the stunning former General Post Office building, this five-star venue offers the perfect backdrop for a night of glamour and celebration.

Parking:

Valet Parking is available with unlimited entry and exit: $115 per 24 hours

Wilson Parking is located at 123 Pitt Street, a five-minute walk from the hotel, and allows for one-time entry and exit, with the last exit at Midnight. 

Weekend parking: $18 per 24 hours

FAQs

Can I come if I don't have a full table?

Of course! You can book just a single ticket or as many as you need. Whether you're flying solo or coming with a group, we'll make sure you have a fantastic time. 

How many tables are available that can accommodate 11 or 12 people?

There are only 15 tables available that can seat either 11 or 12 people, and they will fill up fast. With limited availability, don't wait too long to book yours!

Is there a hotel special if we stay the night?

Yes! If you stay the night, you'll receive a 10% discount on your room booking. It's the perfect way to extend the fun! Please click the button below to book. 

The discount is available for the Friday 23 and Saturday 24 May. It will automatically select for the Friday evening but you can book either or both!

Do I need to wear something sparkly?

Not a must, but it's your time to shine! Go for sequins if you're feeling bold, or keep it classic with elegant black tie. Either way, you'll dazzle. 

Are children allowed at the Gala Ball?

No, this is a adults-only event, it's your chance to enjoy a night out. 

What if I have dietary requirements?

No problem. Just let us know your dietary requirements when you RSVP, and we'll make sure to accommodate your needs.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible and includes lifts for easy access to all areas.

Will I be able to sit with my friends?

Yes! If you know your friends are attending, just pop their names into the seating requests section when you book, and ask them to do the same. That way, we'll know to seat you together.

We are new parents to the School and don't yet know anyone 

This is the perfect time to meet new people. Let us know your child's year group when you book, and we'll do our best to seat you with families from the same part of the School.

What if I can no longer attend on the night?

As this is an external venue, we're very limited in our ability to apply refunds. Once we've confirmed numbers with the venue, unfortunately we won't be able to assist with cancellations.

What else can we expect?

A night full of entertainment! Alongside our headlines acts, we've got plenty of extras to make the evening sparkle. You will be treated to a special performance from our Chamber Choir, plenty of novel theatrical touches, plus a professional photographer and access to the photos afterwards. We're keeping a few surprises under wraps - come along and join the fun.

Is it a fundraiser?

While fundraising is always important for our School, this year's Gala is foremost a celebration of our community, as we commerorate our 140th birthday. This event is all about coming together and having a memorable time.
