Do I need a wristband for the fair?
All students will be charged and receive a wristband as part of their fair activities. If you're a parent, prospective family or community member and want to join in the fun you will need a wristband, which is free of charge. Just a heads up, rides are only for kids, so adults won't be able to buy one to go on the rides.
How do I receive my wristband?
All parents can register on or before the day to receive a wristband. If you do want to skip the lines click the button below and we will post out your wristband before the day.
Can I bring along a non-SACS student and do they need to pay?
Yes, definitely! They can attend for free however if they want to go on rides and activities a wristband will need to be purchased on the day.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Absolutely! A variety of food stalls and tasty treats will be on offer. Every student's wristband includes a meal plus one delicious treat, choose from popcorn, a snow cone, or fairy floss!
What payment methods are accepted?
The fair is a cashless event – all stalls and activities will accept card payments only.
Is the fair suitable for all ages?
Absolutely! There are games, rides, entertainment, and activities for all age groups.
Do I need to book tickets for any activities?
No bookings are needed. All activities operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
How can I help or volunteer?

Will the event go ahead if it rains?
The fair will go ahead rain or shine! Some activities will be moved to a different location in the event of wet weather.
Where can I find a map or schedule?
Maps and the full event schedule will be available on our website. Please keep an eye out for this!
What happens to the funds raised?
They'll go towards keeping our community strong and helping the spirit of the School live on for future generations.
Is there a First Aid station?
Yes – First Aid will be located in the Atrium of Chapter House. The School Health Centre will be operational, located on Level 6.
