Become a Sponsor
Our sponsors help make Fair in the Square possible, we could not do this without you. Perhaps you own a local business, are a parent, an Old Andrean, Hessian or School supporter – there are so many ways to get involved. There are opportunities to be a Key Area sponsor, a Stall sponsorship or with In Kind sponsorship - we would love to invite you to play a major role in our Fair's success.
SACS Stalls
We're looking for lead volunteers to coordinate the games, activities and some of the rides for the day - from sideshow games and activities to food stalls and craft. Put your hand up now for one of the stalls off our list and grab your friends, sports team or other parents to run it for the day.
External Market Stalls
We're inviting external stall holders to be part of the fun! Whether you sell handmade goods, delicious treats, or run an engaging sideshow, we'd love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to showcase your talents and be part of a vibrant community event. Spots are limited, so get in touch to express your interest!
Donate to the Silent Auction
We'll be running an electronic Silent Auction in the lead-up to the Fair to raise funds for key school initiatives. We're seeking donations of items, experiences, vouchers or services – large or small – from families, businesses and supporters.
It's going to take all of us – and we'd love you to be part of it.
This is a one-off celebration and we're building something unforgettable. Whether you sponsor, run a stall, donate to the silent auction or help in another way, your contribution will make a real difference. The more hands, the bigger the buzz – and the better the day for everyone.
