SACS Stalls

We need stall coordinators right now! Can you coordinate a stall or activity for the day? Can you find some friends or other parents to share the load? Maybe your football team could run the popcorn stand? Perhaps your year group could manage some of the sideshow games? Or maybe you are a group of friends who could help Andi the mascot with some green screen photos. We'll provide the set-up, guidance and support, and school staff will take care of most of the bump in. It's a fantastic way to be part of the day, enjoy the buzz, and watch the kids have an absolute blast. We'd love to hear from you!

Plus...if you have a great idea for a stall that you would like to organise and run then let us know! Perhaps you've always wanted to run a plant stall, or maybe a book stall is more your thing. If you and your year group or friends are happy to donate towards it and can run it as a fundraiser for the school then we'd love to hear from you.

Thank you for looking at our games and activities – we really hope that you will help us make this day a huge success!

We are looking for volunteers who can take the lead on a game/activity and organise that game/activity including asking your year group or friends to volunteer on the day.

Being lead volunteer may involve sourcing equipment. While we would love equipment to be donated (this is a fundraiser after all!), we are happy to source equipment on your behalf. So don't let this put you off volunteering!

If you are ready to volunteer or would like to have a chat then please please let us know at community@sacs.nsw.edu.au
